We are hiring immediately for a full-time Warehouse Associate - Inventory controller performing inventory quality control duties. This position ensures inventory accuracy and quality of materials received. We are Wesco. We enable the connected world - you help turn on the lights.

Location: EMEA, Belgium, Willebroek

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Supporting the Operations Manager and Willebroek, operations team with the successful management of the day to day running of the inventory control team. To include return and RDR management.

**Principle Duties & Responsibilities**
- Perform daily stock counts in line with business Standard Operating Processes (SOP) & checklists.
- Make sure the stock is fully block audited per semester.
- Investigate and analyse and log all kind of product or stock discrepancies, customer complaints and report back to management.
- Organise daily stock replenishment.
- Ensure that all non-conforming orders are quarantined in the designated area(s) for review and correction.
- Ability to analyse appropriate stock requirements to minimise potential risk in sending wrong product.
- Constantly look for ways to optimise our stocking capacity.
- Where required, support the warehouse team and the wider distribution team with other warehouse activities to optimise productivity and ensure quality of service is achieved.
- Understanding of warehouse functions, warehouse computer systems
- Ensure that all local Health & Safety and Environmental policies are always adhered to.
- Comply with defined 6S principles and end of shift housekeeping checks.

**Person Specification**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or quality role.
- Good knowledge of products (Customer and Anixter)
- Sense of urgency balanced with good time management of warehouse activities.
- Reach truck preferable. If not a willingness to be trained.
- Able to work with IT systems and proven ability in the use of M/S Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- A good team player.
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, without compromising QA standards & processes.
- Flexible working approach.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Versatility: open to project demands.
- Personable and effective teaching and learning style.
- Professionalism with customer, sales, and other warehouse personnel.
