SPX Flow is seeking a driven and proactive Service Project Manager to support the execution of major service agreements, working in collaboration with several functions of the business. Whether it be driving Aftermarket Execution excellence, managing key account relationships, or identifying improvement opportunities - this role guarantees variety.

**What you’ll be doing**
You will be the Service Project Manager responsible for two of our global dairy industry clients. In short, you will be implementing reliability and sustainability for long term service agreement growth.
You will be responsible for coordinating every aspect of the service agreement - from reviewing and approving contract terms, to coordinating deadlines, approving budgets, and more.
Using your project management knowledge, you will seek to understand our customers and their pain points, to proactively solve issues and ensure the highest quality.
Through strong visibility of our overall processes, you will add value by looking ahead, identifying opportunities, and improving our margins.
**Who we’re looking for**
We are looking for you to drive a customer centric culture by managing key account relationships, creating solutions, and delivering fact-based value proposals.
You will be confident in your communication skills acting as the key point of contact for your accounts, ensuring the efficient delivery of service and high-quality account plans. You will know when to use appropriate influencing and negotiation strategies.
When internal stakeholders or customers come to you with an issue, you will be creative, decisive, and capable driving change. Collaboration is key to succeed in this role.
**What do you need**
- Fluent in English - Dutch would be desirable.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with key account over €1m.
- Strong experience in managing customer relationships.
A background in food/beverage/pharmaceuticals would be desirable, however this is not required.
