**Beschrijving**
- It creates an identification number for the different parties involved and for the asset(s);
- It encodes all the data necessary to make a decision to grant a credit;
- Execution of the act;
- It generates the offer (after the decision) and sends it to the different parties involved;
- It performs tasks within the framework of the final control (control carried out before the execution of the notarial act when receiving the information to be provided by the notary) in charge of the execution of the act;
- He fixes the date for the signature of the deed, establishes the necessary documents for the signing of the deed (check or transfer), sends all the documents to the notary or to the person who signs the private deed;
- He contacts the notary by phone if necessary;
- He encodes the date of signature of the deed in the system;
- He processes the insurance if necessary;
- Payment of the instalments;
- He checks the data of the payment request for a instalment and decides on the payment after the required approval of the person in charge He sends a real estate expert on site if necessary in the case of a payment;
- Administrative tasks;
**Profile**
- A first experience in a similar function is an asset;
- You are Dutch or French speaking and have a basic knowledge of the other language;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office;
- You have a critical and analytical mind;
- You work with precision and have an eye for detail;
- You are a fast learner and want to grow in the mortgage industry.
