**Description du poste et Missions**:
Nous sommes à la recherche de notre prochain.e HR Manager pour nos filiales belges & luxembourgeoises.

En tant que Responsable RH Opérationnel, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de l'exécution de tous les processus RH au sein de notre organisation, en mettant l'accent sur le soutien à nos employés et la promotion d'un environnement de travail positif. Vous devrez rendre compte au directeur de la filiale Belux et collaborer avec le département RH du Groupe à l'international.

Responsabilités:

- Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les politiques et procédures RH conformément à la législation locale et aux directives de l'entreprise.
- Soutenir les équipes retail dans les problèmes RH quotidiens.
- Déployer le plan de formation et d'intégration pour les différentes filiales.
- Conseiller et soutenir la direction sur les questions liées aux RH.
- Gérer les conflits de travail et les relations de travail.
- Présider le comité d'entreprise et le comité de prévention et de protection au travail.
- Négocier, rédiger et/ou adapter les conventions collectives en collaboration avec les partenaires sociaux.
- Préparer divers rapports.
- Gérer des projets de groupe et assurer un déploiement fluide dans les pays.
- Encadrer et suivre une équipe de 3 personnes.
- Assurer la communication interne.
- Suivre les questions opérationnelles autour du siège.

Ons dynamische team zoekt een gedreven operationeel HR Manager om onze activiteiten in België en Luxemburg te leiden. Als operationeel HR Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de uitvoering van alle HR-processen binnen onze organisatie, met een focus op het ondersteunen van onze werknemers en het bevorderen van een positieve werkomgeving. U zal rapporteren aan de directeur van de Belux-dochteronderneming en samenwerken met de HR afdeling van de Groep.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Implementeren en handhaven van HR-beleid en procedures in overeenstemming met lokale wetgeving en bedrijfsrichtlijnen.

Retail teams ondersteunen bij dagdagelijkse HR problemen.
- Uitrollen van training
- en onboardingsplan voor de verschillende dochterondernemingen.
- Adviseren en ondersteunen van het management bij HR-gerelateerde zaken.
- Beheren van arbeidsconflicten en arbeidsverhoudingen.
- Voorzitten van de ondernemingsraad en comité voor preventie en bescherming op het werk.
- Onderhandelen, opmaken en/of aanpassen van collectieve arbeidonvereenkomst in samenwerking met de sociale partners.
- Voorbereiden van verschillen rapportages.
- Beheer van groepsprojecten en zorgen voor een vlotte uitrol binnen de landen.
- U zal een team van 3 personen begeleiden en opvolgen.
- Interne communicatie verzorgen.

**Profil recherché**:
Vous souhaitez rejoindre un groupe innovant, leader de la Lingerie en France.

Vous avez une 1ère expérience dans un poste similaire, dans un environnement retail.
Vous êtes un manager de personnes et vous combinez autonomie et esprit d'équipe avec une dose de dynamisme et d'enthousiasme.
Compétences fortes en communication et en organisation.
Maîtrise du néerlandais et du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
