**About the job**:
APK Group is currently looking for a drilling project leader. As a project leader, you are responsible for leading a project team and negotiating with various actors. You are responsible for the proper preparation of the projects and you report directly to the technical director.
**Some of your tasks**:
- You lead a project team and negotiate/convene with various actors (building owners, engineering firm, engineers)
- You ensure proper preparation of the projects
- Projects from A-Z: planning, control, follow-up and settlement
- You are responsible for the financial management of the projects
- You keep yourself educated and up-to-date with developments in the field
- You control subcontractors and internal services such as work preparation, workshop and warehouse
- You have a good knowledge of execution methods in microtunnelling
- Affinity with and interest in machine technology
- You have knowledge of specifications, type specifications and tender documents
- Give attention and priority to KVM in the implementation (own staff + subcontractors)
- Check safety plans and risk analyses (own + PAs)
- Carrying out and reporting on site tours (min. 2x/y) and toolbox meetings
- Follow-up of AO reporting and cause-and-effect analysis
- Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers + take this into account when outsourcing work
- Follow-up of inspection reports of safety coordinators and internal prevention service
- You report to the technical director
**Your profile**:
- You have a Master's degree in construction or electromechanics
- Bachelors of architecture or electromechanics or experienced professionals are also encouraged to apply
- Leading, directing and coaching drill masters and tunnel workers
- Planning and organising
- Communicative (e.g. giving orders and information to internal support services such as purchasing, calculation, cost control, etc.)
- Flexible (international)
- You have min. 1 year of experience in a similar function
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch
- Knowledge of ERP package, Autocad
- Knowledge of MS Office : Excel, MS Project and Word

**About the company**:
K-Boringen, a high-performance and solution-oriented company for pipe jacking and micro-tunnelling throughout Europe. We drill pipes and tunnels with diameters of up to 4 metres and lengths of up to more than 1.5 kilometres. We do this for the supply and drainage of water and gas or as a conduit for cables and pipes where laying in open trench is not an option, such as under buildings, waterways, railways or under the seabed and even through hard rock such as the Swiss mountains.
