Vous serez le Chief Technology Officer qui chapotera le service infrastructure informatique et qui se représente comme le référent technologique pour accompagner l'entreprise dans la poursuite de sa transformation digitale.

À ce poste, vous piloterez les équipes « Architecture & Infrastructure » et « Opérations » et superviserez le plan global de développement lié à l'architecture en étroite collaboration avec le Chief Applications Officer.

La politique sécurité informatique et les outils informatiques mis à dispositions (Software et Hardware) font aussi partie de votre périmètre de responsabilité.

**Vos responsabilités**:
Dans le cadre d'une migration vers le cloud, vous portez les choix technologiques et les méthodologies pour accompagner le Groupe dans la poursuite de sa transformation digitale ;
Comprenant nos enjeux business et toujours en lien avec le CAO et chaque fois que nécessaire avec les responsables opérationnels de nos différents métiers et entités, vous définissez la roadmap technologique en évaluant les charges de mise en oeuvre et les budgets associés (CAPEX et OPEX) ;
Vous développez la politique sécurité informatique au niveau du groupe (analyse des risques, définition des normes et standards adaptés à l'environnement, mise en place des outils, processus d'audit et de suivi...)

Vous assurez aussi une veille technologique sur les solutions, méthodes et pratiques liées à la sécurité tant sur le plan technique que réglementaire ;
Vous adoptez un processus d'amélioration continue en faisant progresser l'organisation et les processus internes dans une optique d'industrialisation et de professionnalisation.

Vous êtes force de proposition de nouvelles solutions, de nouvelles approches, de nouveaux outils liés à l'architecture et à l'infrastructure ;
Vous veillez aussi à la performance des solutions et services ;
Vous garantissez la cohésion et la mobilisation des équipes techniques afin qu'elles s'approprient les projets et donnent le meilleur d'elle-même afin de délivrer rapidement au niveau de qualité élevé requis tout en assurant un niveau opérationnel d'excellence dans un contexte 24/7 ;
Vous garantissez la cohésion et la mobilisation des équipes techniques dédiées afin d'offrir une continuité de service à nos utilisateurs.

Dans ce cadre, vous veillerez à assurer une disponibilité et une performance optimale des postes de travail, internes et externes ;
Ensemble avec le CAO, vous définirez, gérerez et piloterez les budgets annuels et pluriannuels, d'investissement et d'exploitation, de l'ensemble de l'infrastructure.

Vous suivrez administrativement les projets, les investissements, les financements (et notamment les éventuels subsides) ;
Vous rapporterez directement au directoire du groupe et participerez comme invité régulier aux comités de gestion Groupe tant en France qu'en Belgique.
