Sibelga beheert het gas
- en elektriciteitsnet in Brussel. Onze 1.100 medewerkers zetten zich elke dag in om de energiebevoorrading te garanderen van de 500.000 Brusselse huishoudens en bedrijven. Op de werven of vanuit onze hoofdzetel in het hart van de hoofdstad verbeteren onze teams de levenskwaliteit van de Brusselaars. Zij zijn de drijvende kracht van de energietransitie.

**BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
In het kader van de energietransitie moet Sibelga zich aanpassen aan de veranderingen die het gebruik van haar energiedistributienetwerk beïnvloeden. De optimale benutting van gegevens zal een cruciale rol spelen in het antwoord op de energievraagstukken van morgen. Sibelga zal ook een steeds belangrijkere rol spelen bij het verstrekken van gegevens en energieadvies aan haar klanten en de autoriteiten.

In deze context en om onze organisatie nog meer datagedreven te maken, richten we een datadienst op. Deze dienst zal instaan voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van Sibelga's datastrategie en het verhogen van de maturiteit van datamanagement binnen het bedrijf. Het team bundelt diverse data-activiteiten, waaronder data governance, reporting en data analytics activiteiten en alsook advanced analytics via de Data Acceleration Squad (DAS). Daarom is Sibelga op zoek naar een Chief Data Officer om deze Data Office-te begeleiden en te beheren.

**JOUW JOB**:
Als Chief Data Officer, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maximaliseren van de strategische waarde van data binnen Sibelga. Je brengt inzichten die cruciaal zijn voor strategische beslissingen, terwijl je samenwerkt met de IT-afdeling om ervoor te zorgen dat de technische fundamenten robuust zijn. Naast de IT afdeling, werk je ook nauw samen met de andere departementen en diensten en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Chief Strategy Officer. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen van strategische besluitvorming door betrouwbare, kwalitatieve en bruikbare data te garanderen en de nodige inzichten aan te leveren.

In dit opzicht:

- Ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en implementatie van een strategie op bedrijfsniveau met focus op strategische prioriteiten en bedrijfsdoelen.
- Ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van een geïntegreerd kader van rollen, verantwoordelijkheden, richtlijnen en processen rond gegevensbeheer, met name de kwaliteit van data, privacy (GDPR) en IT-security.
- Werk je samen met de Data Verantwoordelijke bij IT om een efficiënt dataplatform, optimale datakwaliteit en naleving van de regelgeving te waarborgen.
- Beheer je de verschillende teams die de Data Office zullen vormen (ongeveer10 interne FTE’s).
- Met de hulp van jouw Teams:

- Ontwikkel je rapporten en dashboards die inzichten bieden in bedrijfskritische processen en ondersteun je beslissingen.
- Identificeer je nieuwe technieken, methodologieën en tools die kunnen bijdragen aan een meer datagedreven bedrijfsvoering.
- Zorg je voor afstemming tussen de verschillende operationele, ondersteunende en strategische afdelingen om de data-initiatieven te aligneren met de organisatiedoelen.
- Superviseer je de uitvoering en verzending van de wettelijke rapportages.
- Bevorder je de adoptie van een data-cultuur binnen de organisatie.
- Zorg je voor het beheer van de levenscyclus van data en de borging van de opgedane ervaring met use cases.

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Economie, Informatica of een Gelijkwaardige opleiding.
- Je hebt mínimaal 10 jaar ervaring in gegevensbeheer en strategische data-analyse.
- Je beheerst systemen voor gegevensbeheer en analytische tools (Power BI, Tableau of vergelijkbare tools).
Kennis en beheer van data governance en andere frameworks (bv. DAMA-DMBOK, CMMI, TOGAF, COBIT, ISO) is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een perfecte beheersing van het Frans of Nederlands en een zeer goede kennis van de tweede landstaal, naast een vloeiende beheersing van het Engels.
- Je bent in staat om gegevens om te zetten in inzichten die bijdragen aan de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
