Afin de répondre aux défis grandissant, Diamond Europe souhaite renforcer son équipe Produit. Pour cela, nous recherchons un « Data Specialist & Designer ».

Une fonction clé pour une meilleure réactivité dans la mise à jour de notre base de données, permettant ainsi:

- à nos clients de disposer d’informations complètes et à jour sur notre site internet
- à nos collaborateurs de disposer de données fiables pour conseiller au mieux nos clients
- la réalisation de notre catalogue et brochures promotionnelles

**Missions principales**:

- Vous êtes responsable de la mise à jour des Data base (ERP & Web) reprenant l’ensemble des références Produit proposées chez Diamond Europe
- Vous supervisez l’équipe des « Data Assistant » qui réalisent les changements opérationnels (textes, photos, prix, fiches techniques, etc.)
- Vous êtes en charge de la rédaction et adaptations des fiches de procédure pour les articles
- Vous vérifiez l’exactitude du traitement des informations afin de faciliter l’implémentation dans l’ERP et sur le site WEB.
- Vous êtes en charge des modifications de la mise en page du catalogue et des brochures promotionnelles

**Tâches**:

- Vous collaborez avec les membres du département Produit (CPO, Product Manager, ) afin de réceptionner toutes les informations liées aux caractéristiques produits et permettre la mise à jour régulière des fichiers de gestion par fabricant et des Data base
- Vous coordonnez, organisez et suivez le travail de mise à jour de la base de données de l’ERP et du site Web
- Vous êtes en contact avec les fabricants pour réceptionner les informations nécessaires (validation des informations, photos, dimensions, etc.)
- Vous développez et/ou approfondissez vos connaissances Produit
- Vous réalisez la mise en page du catalogue et des brochures promotionnelles, le contrôle des photos et des textes
- Vous êtes le responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la réalisation du catalogue et des brochures promotionnelles
- Vous participez aux réunions d’équipe organisées par le CPO (Chief Product Officer)
- Vous participez à certaines réunions fournisseurs
- Vous proposez un budget au Chief Product Officer, pour la réalisation du catalogue et des brochures promotionnelles
- Vous soutenez et assurez le développement continu des collaborateurs « Data Assistant » dont vous avez la responsabilité (2 personnes)

**Profil**:

- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en gestion de base de données.
- Vous êtes orienté solution et avez un esprit analytique
- Vous avez une expérience dans la réalisation de catalogues produits
- Vous êtes à l’aise dans la mise en page et la réalisation finale d’un catalogue physique
- Vous portez un intérêt pour notre secteur d’activité
- Vous avez déjà gérer une équipe et/ou vous en avez l’ambition.
- L’esprit d’équipe, l’intelligence émotionnelle, la gestion de conflit et l’assertivité sont des compétences que vous souhaitez développer
- Vous avez d’excellentes capacités organisationnelles (gestion des priorités, délégation, coordination)
- Vous faites preuve de curiosité intellectuelle
- Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise orale et écrite du français/néerlandais, une pratique courante de l’anglais.
- Vous maîtrisez la suite Office et un programme de réalisation de catalogues
