Our shared leadership principles of Collaboration, Engagement and Curiosity help us build a community where our people are equipped with the best resources to face new challenges.We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Brussels.You will be responsible for managing the procurement process for the acquisition and goods and services related to real estate, workplace and facilities management, including but not limited to office equipment, furniture, construction materials, facilities, services and lease contract management in the country of scope.Your role:Prepare and issue response for quotations (RFQs), response for proposals (RFPs), and contracts for goods and services.Review and evaluate supplier proposals, bids, and quotes to determinate the most cost-effective and appropriate solution.Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities.Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Manage the creation and the follow up of purchase requisitions and goods receipts for the Business Support & Advisory area.
