Creating and implementing UCB’s Knowledge Management processes and solutions is key to help information and knowledge flow to the right people at the right time so they can act more effectively and efficiently to find, understand, share, and use knowledge to create value.

Our** **primary purpose within KM includes
- Identifying challenges and pain points on information flows activities impacting business needs, defining novel approaches, and executing and delivering transversal solutions
- Supporting, facilitating, and accelerating submissions, launches, integrations, inspections and audits
- Ensuring data integrity
- Deploying DMSO (Development, Manufacturing & Supply Operations) data governance and providing standard and good practices to ensure robust (FAIR) data foundation

Supporting digital initiatives deployment by providing trusted data solutions

What you will do :_**
- Act as **Process Data Owner and developer** for one key KM solution platform (Biovia Pipeline Pilot):

- Manage the existing protocols and ensure **issue investigation**:

- Plan and follow-up change request (CRQ)
- Organize incident analysis and submit resolution plan when applicable
- Manage the **platform lifecycle**, including GxP review:

- Organize and follow-up platform management procedures changes
- Revise or complete procedures, validation requirements (GxP solution). Ensure its communication to end users
- Manage the long-term roadmap and plan future evolutions by collecting improvements ideas, features prioritization and partnership with 3rd party vendors
- ** Train** key user and other developers of the KM solution (in his/her expertise)
- Create and modify training material to support user training
- Train and coach key user and developers
- Promote and enforce **DMSO data governance** and good practices to project driven by other DMSO departments
- Focus on **knowledge value creation**:developing further our ability to generate impact:

- Support digital business transformation use cases with trusted data expertise:

- Advise use case on data management and flows to meet project expectation and scalability
- Connect with other data SMEs (Data quality, Data owners, Technology expert, etc.) to include the right expertise at the right project phase
- Ensure all project data phase are executed following the appropriate process and good practices
- Scout for continuous improvement in DMSO: descriptive analytics, data visualization, and exploratory data analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, or relationships within the data
- Provide technical and functional expertise to remove friction points in accessing, combining and exposing critical information
- Provide industrial and data science expertise to support and guide DMSO operations in generating meaningful insights

Change** **Management** and **Communication**
- Act as ambassador to relay KM & data strategy to the user and key user community
- Regularly communicate project success
- Work with other trusted data community members to continuously improve the way of working and agility of data operations
- Data Office liaison and synergies building

**Experience, Knowledge and skills**
- _
You hold a Master's degree_
- You have a strong scientific background with solid data expertise and problem solving skills
- You have strong knowledge in statistics and programing,
- You have strong CMC (Chemical, manufacturing and control) and digital literacy
- You have professional Programing skills: Python (must), PilotScript (must), R, Javascript, sql, C#, VBA.
- You have excellent communication abilities
- You have strong stakeholders management skills
- You are fluent in English and proficient in French
- _ You have more than 3 yeasr of experience in Data management_
- _ You have more than 3 years of experience in Data Sciences projects_
- _ You have more than 3 years of experience in laboratory and/or manufacturing units_
- _ You have more than 5 years experience in Business analysis_
