**Description**:

- **Digital workplace services**:

- Acting as a purchasing agent in the context of the scope of the underlying Project: the acquisition, maintenance, licensing of the sensing, printing, scanning, computing devices (e.g. laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices), management software, endpoint device backups and antivirus software. Management of the devices (e.g. computing, sensing, printing and scanning), both current and future, including software image build and deployment services.
- Service for kiosk mode computing devices.
- Endpoint device backup and restore services.
- IMAC services for hardware and software remote or on site.
- Remote site tools.
- Software administration.
- Dispatch and monitor break/fix repairs.
- Inventory management.
- Warehousing (incl. repair and warranty support, decommissioning and scrap services).
- Field services /desk side support.
- Collaboration tools (O365 ecosystem) and administration.
- Antivirus management for client devices.
- Continuous service improvement, innovation and planning.

**Service desk services**:

- Acting as a purchasing agent in the context of the scope of the
- underlying Project: the acquisition, maintenance, licensing of tooling to manage a service desk.
- First-line multichannel (e.g. chatbot) end user support.
- Service desk operations and administration.
- Service desk planning and analysis.
- Request fulfilment, incident management, problem and change management for end user incidents.
- Remote support.
- Management of self-help support.
- Knowledge management.
- Service desk reporting (planned and ad-hoc reporting).
- Continuous service improvement, innovation and planning.

**Service integration (SIAM)**:

- The SIAM activities aim to create a seamless end to end experience for all the work executed by Suppliers for all lots of this Project, client as an internal provider and potential new external providers. The description of the activities will be based on the SIAM BOK (“Body of Knowledge”), and include. End-to-end performance management, composed of the following key Processes.
- IT service continuity management.
- Service compliance.
- Continuous service improvement.
- Capacity management.
- Availability management.
- Service performance management;
- Financial management
- Service assurance.

**Service aggregation brokerage and delivery coordination, composed of the following key processes**:

- Change management.
- Problem management.
- Incident management.
- Major incident management.
- Configuration management.
