Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client s’associe à Proselect afin de recruter un(e) **Site Safety Officer (F/HX)** motivé(e) et compétent(e) pour renforcer son équipe basée à Gand.**Votre défi **:

En tant que Site Safety Officer, vous serez un acteur clé pour promouvoir et garantir une culture de sécurité sur les sites d’intervention.

Vos principales missions seront:

- Veiller au respect des règles et standards en matière de santé et sécurité sur le terrain.
- Sensibiliser et animer des initiatives liées à la sécurité (TBM, ILT,) pour les employés et les sous-traitants.
- Accueillir les nouveaux collaborateurs et participer à leur intégration.
- Contribuer à la surveillance des risques industriels et à la mise en œuvre des plans d’action annuels et quinquennaux.
- Réaliser des évaluations régulières des risques et proposer des solutions correctives adaptées.
- Participer à la mise à jour des procédures de sécurité en conformité avec les réglementations.
- Inspecter les équipements et matériels pour s’assurer de leur conformité (colsons, macarons, validité).
- Analyser les incidents/accidents de travail, coordonner les enquêtes et proposer des actions préventives.
- Collaborer à des projets d’amélioration continue en matière de sécurité.
- Assister la hiérarchie dans la préparation et la présentation des rapports de sécurité.
- Travailler avec les ressources humaines pour organiser les formations en sécurité et sensibilisation.
- Participer aux réunions de sécurité et aux audits externes.**Vos talents**:

- Orienté solution et autonome

Votre profil:

- Langues : Maîtrise du français et du néerlandais.
Formation : Diplôme CP3 minimum, avec au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.

Connaissances:

- Réglementations en matière de santé et sécurité au travail.
- Risques industriels et outils de gestion associés.
- Rédaction de procédures et rapports de sécurité.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Office 365).

- Excellente communication et capacité à former.
- Écoute, disponibilité et adaptabilité.
- Rigueur, précision et sens de l’observation.
- Proactivité et capacité à prendre des décisions rapides et efficaces.
