Product Manager
Our client is an international pharmaceutical and cosmetics company located near Brussels, with a wide range of both brands and well-established over the counter products. The company itself is a foundation, conveyed their values of healthcare's accessibility and philanthropic efforts. With a stead growth on the Belgian market, they are now expanding to the Netherlands. Reporting to the Marketing Director of the BeNeLux, they are looking for the right person to understand the existing brand while taking initiative on this new market.
What will you do?
You are responsible for the development, implementation and follow-up of the marketing strategy to further develop and support your products on the BeNeLux
You are responsible for the development and elaboration of actions and promotions in line with the above strategy;
You prepare the innovative launches of the brand; from logístical availability to correct stock management, taking into account the sales commissions of the various distribution channels;
**You manage and develop the existing product lines**: Mix / Business figures / Profitability / Life cycle;
You analyse the performance of the product lines and contribute to sales aids: visual aids, arguments, training of teams (sales and medical visit teams), displays, technical sheet, brochures ;
You manage and respect the marketing budget of the brand;
You are responsible for market reports, taking into account the competitive environment and consumer behaviour;
You are vigilant for dermatological and scientific information;
You work actively with the Sales, Medical Delegates, Training, Merchandising, Trade Marketing, Logistics and Accounting, among others.
You are in contact with Corporate Brand Management;
You participate in cycle meetings (seminars);
You work with an intern for the administrative marketing.
**Profile**:
You have a Master's degree in a pharmaceutical and/or scientific specialisation;
You have at least 5 years of experience in product management;
An operational marketing function appeals to you and you are willing to learn in this;
You have a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical world;
**You are bilingual**: Dutch and French, and you have a good knowledge of English;
MS Office has no secrets for you;
You are dynamic, attentive, creative and can develop proposals without losing sight of your interlocutor;
You are an open communicator, persuasive and goal-oriented;
You know how to prioritise in an environment with deadlines;
Working independently is no problem for you;
You are motivated, a real team player with a strong hands-on mentality;
You are strong in numbers and you like to work result-oriented;
You are in possession of a driving license type.
