Robert Half is currently looking for a Central Planning Officer (M/F/x) for a company located in Diegem.

Our client is active in the Pharmaceutical sector.

The responsibilities for this function as a Central Planning Officer are:

- You manage the generic LocalSupport mailbox and working closely with Field Service Engineers (FSE) while coordinating their technical interventions;
- You use the Knowledge Matrix to assign qualified FSE taking into account their availability, the emergency of the call, the response time based on the SLA and the requested intervention;
- You support the assigned FSE by creating the case in the CRM system, in coordination with the RCSC ;
- You ensure that the troubleshooting is properly transferred to the FSE;
- You ensure and maximize customer satisfaction by maintaining a good communication with the Customer, the RCSC, the local resources and the Sales department ;
- You plan and dispatch various service activities on small systems, in collaboration with FSEs and FAS: small installations, technical interventions and preventive maintenance.
- updating the contacts database in our CRM;
- You are the main contact for all Belgium operations ;
- You coordinate the internal service of engineers;
- You dispatch part/planning of the service engineers is the main part ;
- You are the customers contact customer service team and they will contact the Central planning officer to schedule a meeting with the service engineers ;
- You create quotiatons.

The required qualifications for the position as a Central Planning Officer are:

- You have a bachelor or master's degree;
- You express yourself well in Dutch, French and English;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
