We are looking for a Demand Generation expert. A role in which you actively contribute to the strategic positioning of Sopra Steria in the Benelux.

You will do this in close collaboration with your marketing colleagues and use data and analytics to measure and improve performance.

As a Demand Generation expert at Sopra Steria, your focus will be on:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of engaging campaigns (sales, audience marketers, data, content, brand).
- Across the buyer journey creation and end-to-end management of demand gen processes. from the first contact to qualified leads: set up multi-channel conversion campaigns and nurture workflows, CTAs, tracking, A/B testing, conversion flows and campaign optimization to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage calendar for demand generation campaigns.
- Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Build, manage/maintain and refine audience databases.
- Analyze and optimize campaigns based on key metrics and insights to improve results.

**Where you're going to get started**:
As Demand Generation expert, you are part of the Corporate Communication & Marketing Benelux department (20 FTE), in which enthusiastic international marketing and communication professionals work together in various fields. There is plenty of room for development and we are always open to new initiatives. You will work in an informal culture, where hard work and fun go hand in hand. The location you work from can either be Nieuwegein (Netherlands) or Diegem (Belgium).

**This is you**:
You are an enthusiastic data driven marketer, proactive and daring to take responsibility. You bring knowledge of Martech platforms that help with demand generation.
- Completed HBO/Bachelor education in (Digital) Marketing, Data Analytics (or similar);
- Minimum of 6+ years relevant work experience preferably in business services industry;
- Proven results in developing and managing effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels in a B2B environment (both strategic and operational) that generate qualified leads and revenue;
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems (lead scoring, attribution) and experience building, launching and reporting campaigns in marketing automation software (such as Hubspot and Pardot);
- High quality of work and accuracy around measurement, analysis and optimization of campaigns;
- Commercial, efficient and accurate attitude; Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages both verbally and in writing.**Benefits**:
