De Landsbond van Liberale Mutualiteiten, de koepel van de liberale ziekenfondsen, is op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om zijn HR-dienst te versterken.

**Functie**
- Je neemt deel aan projecten m.b.t. de ontwikkeling en implementatie van diverse HR-programma’s teneinde het HR-beleid te optimaliseren. Je voert diverse taken uit binnen de ontwikkelde programma’s (vb. opmaak van functiebeschrijvingen, employee life cyle ). Hierbij ondersteun je de ontwikkeling en implementatie van HR-instrumenten.
- Je informeert onze medewerkers over diverse HR-aangelegenheden (vb. tijdskrediet, uurroosters, afwezigheden, )
- Je stelt documentatie op ter ondersteuning van onze leidinggevenden en medewerkers.
- Je ondersteunt de HR collega’s op diverse domeinen: payroll, werving en selectie, welzijn, interne communicatie,en denkt hierbij na over de verschillende HR processen.
- Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging m.b.t. re-integratietrajecten.

**Profiel**
- Je bezit minimum een bachelor diploma in economische, juridische of HR-gerelateerde richting. Je hebt kennis van sociale wetgeving en HR.
- Je bent analytisch en hebt interesse in zowel soft als hard HR.
- Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands-Frans) en beschikt over een vlotte pen.
- Je bent vindingrijk en je brengt je opdrachten tot een goed einde binnen de deadlines.
- Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, Powerpoint, Teams) en vindt vlot je weg in nieuwe informaticatoepassingen.
- Je bent discreet, sterk gericht op samenwerking en hebt een collegiale instelling.
