**About our role**:
Our client is a world-renowned insurance company looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Transformation Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation with the objective of increasing customer experience.
**What you will be doing**:
Take the lead on one Transformation project or program (exact mission to be defined in function of needs / profile)
Setting-up initiatives to achieve successful delivery supported by strong governance and adequate monitoring
Framing the initiative with key business and IT stakeholders with strategic objectives of the company. Fostering and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders
Providing recommendations, looking for alternative solution, keeping the pace and dynamic of the team, budget, scope, quality of delivery, risk management and methodology
**What you bring**:
A Several years experience in program management and experience with Agile methodology
Experience in process management and reengineering. Preferably in Insurance sector
**Soft skills**: Result oriented, problem solving, watching over the bigger picture, analytical, team player
Drive by simplicity, stimulated by changing environment and comfortable when dealing with pressure
Drive for simplicity and simplification of complex concept
Strong communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch or French (and good understanding of the other) + good English
**The offer**:
Contractor collaboration. 8 months mission with possibilities on extensions.
