As a Supply & Demand Coordinator, you will be part of an experienced and talented team within Operations department. The role is located in our European headquarters in Leuven, Belgium.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Monitor stock availability and accuracy at our Distribution Centre (correct product, quantity and at the correct time),- Ensure the availability is in line with customer requirements, Inventory Control procedures, company policies and objectives,- Support and communicate with the internal customers (Sales, Customer Service, Business Units management),- Manage the inbound flow of finished goods into our Distribution Center (planning, order release, follow up, etc.) by closely working together with suppliers and the DC Operations staff.- Monitor stock levels and coordinate improvement plans if required,- Monitor supplier delivery performance and coordinate improvement plans if required.
Qualifications are:
- Bachelor in Logistic, Administration, or equivalent through experience,- Entry level, some experience in Supply Chain roles,- PC literate with most common programs, especially Excel,- Fluent in English (any other language is a plus),- You have strong communication skills,- Experience with Oracle or any other ERP system is a plus.- You know how to set priorities and act upon them,- You are accurate, eye for detail and respect deadlines,- You are a team player and are willing to support colleagues when required.
