**FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING**
Als Production Supervisor sta je in voor de opvolging en ontwikkeling van de activiteiten binnen onze post
- processing afdeling. Samen met je team van een 20-tal medewerkers zorg je voor een vlotte en kwalitatieve
verwerking van alle orders. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Productiemanager en werkt nauw samen met
de Productieplanner.
**TAKENPAKKET**:
- Je organiseert het werk en volgt je team dagdagelijks op, om de oplevering van orders volgens
planning te garanderen. Je houdt toezicht op het naleven van de veiligheids
- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
binnen je team.
- Je promoot en installeert mee een cultuur van operationele excellentie waarbij dagdagelijks, voor elk
order, op een veilige manier de best mogelijke kwaliteit binnen een gezond economisch kader wordt
geleverd.
- Je bepaalt, in overleg met je management, de prioriteiten binnen je afdeling en vertaalt deze in
individuele en teamdoelstellingen.
- Je coacht, stimuleert en helpt mee de gehele afdeling om zichzelf en zijn activiteit verder te ontwikkelen
door oa. het houden van regelmatige ontwikkelings
- en functioneringsgesprekken
- Vanuit een datagerichte benadering zie je pro-actief verbetermogelijkheden en initieer je samen met
je team de nodige acties.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor verschillende ondersteunende processen in productie (oa
beschikbaarheid van het nodige materiaal en machines)
**PROFIEL**:
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een functie met gelijkaardige verantwoordelijkheden- Je hebt feeling voor techniek
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
- Je beschikt over goede computervaardigheden
- Basiskennis van Lean manufacturing en 5S is een plusplunt
