**Job Description**:
**Ter versterking van het Recruitment Team is BESIX op zoek naar een getalenteerde collega met passie voor rekrutering. Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde collega die samen met ons de vele rekruteringsuitdagingen kan aangaan en dit voornamelijk voor projecten en werven in de regio Vlaanderen en Brussel.**

**Beschrijving**
- Je vult de openstaande vacatures in door het sourcen en selecteren van de juiste profielen, voornamelijk high-level engineering profielen gelinkt aan onze projecten in uitvoering;
- Je beheert je eigen vacatures van A tot Z, van opmaak en copywriting tot de publicatie ervan via de geijkte kanalen in de verschillende talen (NL, FR, ENG). Uiteindelijk ben je ook nauw betrokken bij de finale selectie, de loononderhandelingen en het contract.
- Je start je eigen zoekcampagnes op door gebruik te maken van de sociale media en dit niet enkel voor de publicatie van je vacatures maar ook voor de actieve ‘sourcing’ van jouw kandidaten. Hierbij promoot je de BESIX Employer en Talent Brand;
- Je werkt mee aan de organisatie van diverse rekruteringsevenementen voor de Belgische markt;
- Je bent een echte BESIX ambassadeur die als geen ander weet om kandidaten te enthousiasmeren en te motiveren om BESIX als hun toekomstige werkgever te overwegen;
- Je bouwt een goede relatie op met de collega’s van andere BESIX Group bedrijven;
- Je helpt mee aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe tools en processen om het sourcing beleid nog verder te verbeteren;
- Je werkt nauw samen met externe rekruteringspartners (agentschappen) die je ondersteunen bij het invullen van bepaalde vacatures;

**Qualifications**:

- Je hebt minstens enkele jaren relevante werkervaring en je bent in het bezit van een universitair, master of bachelor diploma.
- Je hebt ervaring in het rekruteren van ingenieurs
- en technische profielen. Ervaring in de bouwsector is een grote troef;
- Interesse en nieuwsgierigheid in de bouwsector is een absolute must;
- Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Een goede kennis van het Frans is een troef;
- Je kan een volledig rekruteringsproces voor jouw rekening nemen inclusief de contract
- en loononderhandelingen;
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met betrekking tot het gebruik van sociale media en het ‘sourcen’ van kandidaten. Ervaring met LinkedIn Recruiter is een sterke troef;
- Je hebt sterke interesse in communicatie en ‘recruitment marketing’ en je hebt hier bij voorkeur ook al een eerste ervaring in opgedaan;
- Je bent een echte teamplayer met een gezonde dosis assertiviteit en proactiviteit;
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld en je kan je snel aanpassen in een zeer dynamische omgeving;
- Je bent bereid om te werken vanuit het BESIX hoofdkantoor te Brussel of ons satellietkantoor te Zwijnaarde (Gent) en flexibel om af en toe naar onze verschillende werven in Vlaanderen en Brussel te gaan;
