**Technical Leader ABAP**

En tant que **Technical Leader ABAP**, vous travaillerez en tant que collaborateur de Paradigm auprès du Service Public Régional de Bruxelles où vous rejoindrez l’équipe SAP.

**Votre contribution, vos mission**s**:
En tant que Technical Leader, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- Dans le cadre de l’expansion de la plateforme SAP S/4 HANA Régionale et son évolution vers les derniers nous sommes à recherche d’un SAP Analyst Programmer pour renforcer l’équipe SAP existante de 16 collaborateurs.
- En tant que SAP Analyst Programmer, vous effectuez la maintenance et les futurs développements des programmes, vues CDS et interfaces en ABAP, FIORI dans les différents systèmes SAP S/4 HANA actuellement gérés par nos équipes pour nos clients.
- Vous travaillez pour plusieurs projets et/ou clients tout en estimant et maîtrisant l’effort à fournir.
- Vous suivez également les spécifications et conventions techniques de développement définies au sein de l’équipe SAP tout en identifiant clairement les priorités et en veillant particulièrement au respect de ces conventions par les équipes de projet.
- Vous rédigez/récoltez la documentation technique des développements effectués et vous dispensez les formations nécessaires et les transferts de connaissance en interne.
- Enfin, vous résolvez les incidents dans votre périmètre d’action et proposez des pistes d’amélioration.

**Vos expériences et compétences**:

- Vous disposez d’un diplôme à orientation informatique de l'enseignement supérieur de type long ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente.
- Vous avez minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans une fonction similaire.
- Vous possédez la capacité à concevoir et rédiger des schémas d’architecture logicielle et une bonne connaissance du développement dans le workbench ABAP et SAP WEB IDE.
- Vous êtes familier avec les technicités suivantes:

- ABAP (HANA Compliant).
- SAPUI5 et FIORI (Javascript et HTML5).
- Configuration Fiori Launchpad et SAP Gateway.
- ODATA Services.
- WebDynpro, WebServices.
- Workflow.
- Interfaces (BAPI, IDOC, PI, LSMW, Migration cockpit,).
- Extensions (Enhancement framework, user-exits,).
- Formulaires (Smartforms, PDFforms,).
- Vous possédez également de la connaissance d’un ou plusieurs des outils des outils suivants est un plus Programmation SAP HR, HANA Cloud Connector, PERSONAS, BRF+, Interfaces SAP / Documentum.
- Vous êtes bon communicateur et vous vous adaptez à vos interlocuteurs.
- Vous êtes curieux, analytique et vous avez un esprit critique.
- Vous êtes synthétique, rigoureux, précis et fiable.
- Vous aimez prendre des initiatives.
- La connaissance du français est obligatoire, la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
