**Technical Leader ABAP**

Als **Technical Leader ABAP **werk je als Paradigm medewerker permanent bij de Gewestelijke Overheidsdienst Brussel (GOB) waar je deel uitmaakt van het SAP team.

**Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken**:
Als Technical Leader zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:

- In het kader van de uitbreiding van het gewestelijk SAP S/4 HANA-platform en de overstap naar de nieuwste hoogtechnologische SAP-tools zoals FIORI, SAP Web IDE of SAP Analytics Cloud, zijn we op zoek naar een SAP Analyst Programmer om het bestaande SAP-team van 16 medewerkers te versterken.
- Als SAP Analyst Programmer zorg je voor het onderhoud en de toekomstige ontwikkelingen van de programma's, CDS views en ABAP/FIORI-interfaces binnen de verschillende SAP S/4 HANA-systemen die momenteel door onze teams voor onze klanten worden beheerd.
- In samenwerking met functioneel analisten definieer je nauwkeurig en helder de te ontwikkelen technische aspecten om te voldoen aan de behoeften van de klant in het kader van de te ontwikkelen SAP-applicatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de SAP-normen zo nauwkeurig mogelijk worden nageleefd en je maakt in de eerste plaats gebruik van SAP-extensietools (Enhancement framework, Web IDE, ODATA Services, Badi’s, CDS Views, User-exit).
- Je werkt voor verschillende projecten en/of klanten waarbij je een inschatting maakt van de te leveren inspanningen en controlerend optreedt.
- Je houdt je eveneens aan de technische specificaties en afspraken voor ontwikkeling vastgelegd binnen het SAP-team waarbij je de prioriteiten duidelijk bepaalt en in het bijzonder toeziet op de naleving van deze afspraken door de projectteams.
- Je zorgt voor het opstellen en verzamelen van de technische documentatie van de uitgevoerde ontwikkelingen en je voorziet in de nodige opleidingen alsook in interne kennisoverdracht.
- Je lost, tot slot, incidenten op binnen je actieterrein en stelt mogelijke verbeteringen voor.

**Je ervaring en competenties**:

- Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs van het lange type in een IT-richting of je beschikt over gelijkwaardige beroepservaring.
- Je hebt minstens 2 tot 3 jaar relevante beroepservaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je bent in staat schema's van software-architectuur te bedenken en op te stellen.
- Goede kennis van ontwikkeling in de ABAP workbench en SAP WEB IDE.
- Je hebt kennis over volgende techniciteiten:

- ABAP (HANA Compliant).
- SAPUI5 en FIORI (Javascript en HTML5).
- Configuration Fiori Launchpad en SAP Gateway.
- ODATA Services.
- WebDynpro, WebServices.
- Workflow.
- Interfaces (BAPI, IDOC, PI, LSMW, Migration cockpit).
- Extensies (Enhancement framework, user-exits).
- Formulieren (Smartforms, PDFforms).
- Kennis van één of meer van de volgende tools is een troef: Programmation SAP HR, HANA Cloud Connector, PERSONAS, BRF+, Interfaces SAP/Documentum.
- Je kan concepten uitwerken.
- Je communiceert vlot en op maat van je verschillende gesprekspartners.
- Je hebt organisatorische vaardigheden en je kunt prioriteiten stellen.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt zin voor synthese.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig, analytisch en kritisch ingesteld.
- Je hebt zin voor synthese en bent stipt, nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar.
- Je werkt graag in teamverband en je kunt ook zelfstandig werken.
- Je hebt zin voor initiatief.
- Je bent nederlandstalig, kennis van het Frans is een troef.
