**Role**:
We are looking for a Warehouse & Distribution Lead to reinforce our Supply Chain Department. In this role, you will supervise the warehouse & distribution team & activities. This entails organising and supervising the operation in the most efficient, customer oriented and safe way. As well as ensuring a high level of quality and focus on timely execution of tasks at hand, including initiating and executing improvement opportunities.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- **Team supervision**
In charge to supervise, organize and develop a team of logistics operators.
- **All Materials Receipt steps**
Organize & secure all deliveries/receipt activities and related documentation/systems transaction (Logbooks, SOP & Forms + MES/SAP)
- **Storage management**
Organize & optimize storage in appropriate conditions (storage conditions, safety conditions, movements recording, capacity monitoring)
- **Preparation & Replenishment of Materials to internal departments**
Organize and optimize internal preparations & goods transfer to various departments e.g. production, QC, Development team
- **Shipping/Transport/Customs Preparation & Coordination**
Organize and optimize all activities link to transportation, shipping and customs activities: shipment plan, transportation costs, and pick-up coordination with carriers
- **Waste & Security Management**
Execute daily operations in concordance to Corden Pharma obligations. Coordinating activities to ensure waste and security conditions are optimized
- **Equipment & Housekeeping Control**
Ensure equipments are respecting qualification status. Ensure equipments and warehouse areas (Interior/Exteriors) are maintained in appropriate conditions: cGMP, EHS, smooth operating flow, obsolescence
- Responsible of related stream KPI and to drive related improvement initiatives
- **Site Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with cGMP policies and activities: trainings, Standard Operating Procedures, on time treatment of deviations, CAPAs, change controls
- Ensure respect of the Safety, Hygiene and Environment rules
- Prevent risk of accident and environmental incident
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Bachelor or equivalent per experience
- Ideally 7 to 10 years of experience in similar function
- Knowledge of cGMP
- Knowledge of ATEX rules
- Working with forklift certification
- Knowledge of importation and exportations standards (IncoTerms)
- Ability to work with complex products with a wide variety of parts
- Excellent organization and coordination skills
- Pro-active and hands-on
- Strong customer oriented-mindset
- Flexible, able to set priorities and solution oriented
- Team spirit and ability to work in an interdisciplinary and international environment
- Strong oral & written communication skills (English & French) and cross functional collaboration skills
