**JOB DESCRIPTION**As the Metal Printer Manufacturing Lead, you are part of a small agile Operations Team. We support each

The Metal Printer Manufacturing Lead is responsible for the production at our partner facility in Sint Niklaas,
Belgium.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Production planning/Resource planning
- Establishing production plan in support of business requirements
- Support customer specific factory tests, rebuild/refurbishments of product returns
- Manage corresponding transactions (work order/shop floor)
- Managing ongoing production and attainment vs plan
- Identify and drive bottlenecks and drive for resolution in conjunction with Logistics,
Procurement, Manufacturing/Product Engineering
- Create and manage machine dossier for each unit produced; address discrepancies in
collaboration with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering
- Manage and ensure adherence to manufacturing and test requirements and procedures
- Identify and drive improvement, lead/support improvements in conjunction with Manufacturing
Engineering
- Lead of team of technicians, training and development of shopfloor technicians’ team
- Comply with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and procedures
- Close co-operation and communication with business partners - Quality, Logistics, Planning,
Procurement, Manufacturing/Product Engineering,
**PROFILE**- Bachelor’s degree with technical background (Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Industrial)
- Program / Project Management experience in a complex manufacturing or operations
environment
- Manufacturing / shopfloor experience, particularly high complexity, low volume
electromechanical systems
- Teamlead/supervisor experience
- Excellent English and Dutch communication skills, verbal and written
- Attention to detail and quality oriented
- Effective working independently and in teams
- Proven ability to understand and analyze data, recognize root causes and drive actions from that
- Effectively works and communicates cross-functionally across the organization, coordinating
with various functions to exceed objectives
- Working location is St Niklaas
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma
