**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- **Coachen van het P2P-team** bij de uitvoering van hun dagelijkse activiteiten en doelstellingen.
- **Voeren van halfjaarlijkse en eindejaarsgesprekken** over de prestaties met directieleden.
- **Ontwerpen, aansturen en implementeren **van P2P efficiëntie procesverbeteringen.
- Op** de voet volgen van niet-geboekte facturen**, uitstaande inkooporders en dienstenontvangsten.
- **Maximaliseren van het aantal elektronische facturen **om automatische factuurverwerking te garanderen.
- **Beoordelen, bewaken en bijwerken van P2P **processen, procedures, handleidingen, stroomschema's en projecten.
- **Verantwoordelijk voor het gehele gecentraliseerde procurement to pay proces** in samenwerking met Procurement & Cash Management (opvolgen en beheren van DPO).
- **Verrichten van maand-/jaarafsluitingen **en nauwkeurige aansluiting van P2P-grootboekrekeningen.
- Ervoor zorgen dat het **team nauwkeurig en tijdig facturen** verwerkt.
- **Bewaken en verfijnen van P2P key performance **indicators.
- **Uitstekende interne en externe werkrelaties **onderhouden en opbouwen (bedrijfsleven, leveranciers, accountants, enz.).
- **Zorgen voor uitstekende ondersteuning **van de business bij de uitvoering van ad hoc verzoeken (rapporten, KPI's,...)
- **Interne en externe audit verzoeken** ondersteunen en waar nodig herstellen.

**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je beschikt mínimaal over een diploma van **Bachelor Accounting, Economics** of **Master degree in Finance**, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een mínimale ervaring**:5 tot 7 jaar ervaring met het ontwerpen, verbeteren en beheren van end-to-end processen **in een financieel georiënteerde omgeving.
- Ervaring met** Purchase to Pay** is een pluspunt.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en/of Frans en Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling).
- Je hebt bij **voorkeur ervaring met ERP-software**, **operationele systemen en MS Office**.
- Je bent **analytisch en procesgericht.**:

- Je acteert als een **People manager voor een team van minimum 5 medewerkers.**:

- Je hebt **affiniteit met automatisering & digitalisering **concepten.
