**Word jij onze corporate ICT manager?**:
Bij DNS Belgium zijn we niet alleen bezig met IT en innovatie. We bouwen ook aan een werkplek waar iedereen zich erkend en gewaardeerd voelt, los van persoonlijke achtergrond. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een **hulpvaardige collega met een passie voor ICT.**

**Over jou**:
Je bent **een IT’er met een brede interesse die graag dingen gedaan krijgt. **Van een eenvoudige vraag tot een complexer probleem, jij zet er je tanden in. Om maar enkele dingen op te noemen:

- een collega helpen om een document te herstellen op SharePoint
- een video conferencing systeem installeren
- collega’s begeleiden in het gebruik van nieuwe software
- de nodige beveiligingsupdates op alle laptops voorzien.

We zoeken dus iemand die **behulpzaam** is, **graag deel uitmaakt van een team** en creatief is in oplossingen vinden. Samenwerking staat centraal in alles wat we doen, dat geldt ook voor jou: je zal vaak overleggen met je engineering collega’s. In die samenwerking waarderen we **verscheidenheid in ideeën en meningen**. Daarom moedigen we volop open communicatie aan.

**Dit is je job**:

- Bij alles wat je doet, gaat je **focus naar security**. Dat is essentieel bij een organisatie als de onze.
- Je verleent **support** aan collega’s voor ICT-vragen. Dankzij jou, werken zij vlot en veilig op:

- de Apple laptops (met ondersteuning externe Mac expert).
- de diverse (SaaS) tools die we intern aanbieden, zoals bijvoorbeeld: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Office, Teams), Entra ID, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Miro,...
- het wifi
- en bedraad netwerk op kantoor.
- Je **detecteert nieuwe noden** bij collega’s en zoekt naar oplossingen. Je werkt dit verder uit, test en configureert tools, flows enzovoort.
- Je **maakt onze medewerkers bewust** over of begeleidt hen in het gebruik van onze tools. Wanneer het je nodig lijkt, organiseer je interne trainingen.
- Je **beheert, configureert en verbetert** onze (SaaS) tools.
- Je werkt samen met **externe ICT-partners**, je stuurt leveranciers aan en volgt hen op.
- Je voelt je comfortabel om een **ICT-project** te overzien en tot een goed einde te brengen.
- **Nauwkeurige documentatie**, daar houden we van Jij draagt je steentje bij, documenteert interne processen en onderhoudt ons kennisplatform.
- Je **beheert mee het ICT-budget** en rapporteert over de vooruitgang van onze doelstellingen.
- Je waakt erover dat DNS Belgium altijd optimaal kan blijven functioneren (Business Continuity), je draagt zorg voor de back-up
- en restore omgeving.

**Belangrijk voor deze rol**:
**Weet dat je opleiding minder belangrijk is dan je passie en gedrevenheid **voor de ICT-wereld. Van onze nieuwe collega vragen we:

- Ervaring met **SaaS tools, MS 365** en **Entra ID**.
- Ervaring in samenwerking met** IT-helpdesk professionals en een algemene kennis van netwerken**.
- De mentaliteit van een **teamspeler**.
- **Flexibiliteit**, je kan omgaan met een variërend takenpakket en je aanpassen aan de noden van onze organisatie.
- Een goede kennis van **Nederlands of Engels**: je schrijft en spreek vlot één van deze 2 talen. Als je dat wil, bieden we je ondersteuning om je talen verder te ontwikkelen.

Een lichtrijk kantoor in Leuven op de Philipssite, dichtbij de stad. We zijn makkelijk bereikbaar met de fiets, het openbaar vervoer of de auto.
