**Position Summary**
Based in Gosselies, the mission of Catalent Cell and Gene Therapy is to deliver optimized process industrialization capacities to cell therapy organizations, and speed up the arrival of their therapies onto the market. From technology selection to business modeling, through GMP manufacturing, process development, quality services, Catalent’s teams are fully committed to helping their clients fulfill their objective of providing sustainable and affordable therapies to their patients.
To respond to the needs due to our site growth, we are now hiring an **GMP Support Manager**
**The Role**
- Manage and enforce established GMP production process; ensures safety standards are in compliance;
- Plan and coordinate global production for all projects in GMP ; Maintain time and attendance of all production employees and ensure staffing is adequate and within established guidelines with the project;
- Review production procedures and system reports to ensure all data input and record and reports are accurate; generate documentation to support product file and reports for client; Post-production, ensure the finalization of all production GMP documentation;
- Develop and drive team objectives, direction & priorities - communicate performance standards to the team, recognizing and rewarding team accomplishments and counseling performance problems ;
- Promotes and ensures productive communication between team members and management.
- Ensure all employees are properly trained and equipped in current process to execute required work.
- Participate in customer and authority audits;
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of Operational Excellence
- Master degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, pharmacy or relevant experience in a similar position in the sector of Biotech/Pharma/Cell therapy.
- A relevant experience inGMP environment and/or Aseptic production
- Experience in Team or project management
- Computer skilled : Microsoft office, ERP system
- Fluency in French and English is a must.
- Efficient communicator and sense of ethic
