Are you the driven Programmatic / Media Buying Expert we are looking for? Then this is your chance Fightclub Belgium is expanding, and we have room for one or more consultants to strengthen our team. Here, you'll have the opportunity to truly engage with our clients and develop strategies that deliver impressive results. As a Programmatic / Media Buying Expert, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing successful campaigns that align with our clients' objectives. Working closely with our Account Managers, you'll delve into the client’s goals and translate them into impactful campaigns using different platforms (Display, video, native, DOOH, connected tv).

**YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF IN THIS DESCRIPTION, BECAUSE YOU...**
- Have several years of experience as a media buying expert or in a similar role, experience in other markets is a bonus
- Have a clear understanding of the overall digital marketing landscape, the Belgian advertising ecosystem/publishers and how media buying fits into that
- Master AdTech and MarTech ecosystems and have expertise in working with media buying platforms such as DV360, Adform, Amazon DSP
- Can write code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies to create and optimize visuals and landing pages
- Are proficient with Excel and other tools for data analysis, such as GA4 and LookerStudio
- Develop and communicate advertising strategies that align with client’s needs, objectives, and budgets
- Manage the expectations of your clients proactively throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Can work your magic by communicating key insights and recommending campaign optimizations to clients by analyzing performance data
- Have excellent project and stakeholder management skills to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
- Know your way around working in cross-functional teams including performance marketers, creatives and accountmanagers
- Are up to date about industry trends, including emerging technologies and formats, and can incorporate them into strategies
