Voor mijn klant in de Financiele sector gelegen in Brussel ben ik opzoek naar een HR Advisor met afiniteit met SOFT HR
- Wervingsproces van A - Z (van intake tot werkaanbod);
- Trainee
- & stageplaatsen, van plaatsing tot follow-up;
- Interne mobiliteit door medewerkers te adviseren over hun mogelijke loopbaan;
- Je hebt een belang aan internationale perspectieven ;
- International HR inzake + internationale opdrachten;
- Beheren van onboardingproces en ondersteunt de lijnmanagers bij de startdag van nieuwe collegas
- Je coördineert alle leeractiviteiten voor alle medewerkers
- Je identificeert opleidingsbehoeften en brengt ontwikkelingsplannen, voor zowel in team of per persoon in samenwerking met het management en de HR manager;
- Je onderhoudt en verbetert het leeraanbod voor alle people managers;
- Je bent de contactpersoon voor de Academy om de leerbehoeften af te stemmen;
- Je lanceert en implementeert initiatieven om interne kennisdeling te bevorderen;
- Je voert alle exit-interviews uit en stelt actieplannen voor, op basis van de verkregen inzichten;
- Je zorgt voor een tijdige rapportering van de activiteiten binnen je target;
- Je neemt deel aan diverse HR-projecten;
- Je blijft op de hoogte van de meest recente ontwikkelingen in verschillende HR domeinen, identificeert opportuniteiten en stelt pro-actief verbeteringen voor aan de HR praktijken ;
- Masterdiploma en hebt mínimaal 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in HR, bij voorkeur in een generalistische rol of in werving & selectie;
- Je bent goed georganiseerd met het oog op het behalen van resultaten;
- Je hebt geen probleem mee om je werkprioriteiten aan te passen indien nodig;
- Je kan zowel op zelfstandig basis werken en bent gedreven om in teamverband te werken aan de gezamenlijke deliverables;
- Je hebt een professionele instelling en werkt graag samen met mensen met diverse achtergronden;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en Nederlands ( zowel schrijftelijk als verbaal )
