Christian DIOR, marque leader dans le monde des parfums de luxe et des soins de la peau, est à la recherche d'un artiste expert en vente au détail.

MISSION GLOBALE

Animer et améliorer les ventes de Dior dans les magasins multimarques les plus performants (Ici Paris XL, April, Paris8 & Sephora) dans notre distribution belge et luxembourgeoise. Avec une attention particulière pour la région de Bruxelles et d'Anvers.

**Description du poste**

1. SUCCESSION D'ENTREPRISES

En collaboration avec le Retail, développer des plans d'action pour augmenter la performance des magasins.
Suivi de l'assortiment de produits et utilisation de testeurs/échantillons
Suivi de la présence des concurrents et des activations

2. ENGAGER LES MAGASINS

Motiver les équipes des magasins de votre région
Fournir une formation appropriée
Présenter les nouveaux produits
Assurer un merchandising parfait en accord avec les lignes directrices de la marque

3. OFFRIR LA MEILLEURE EXPÉRIENCE DE VENTE DANS VOTRE LIGUE

Offrir la meilleure cérémonie de vente dans les magasins.
Développer la fidélité grâce à des relations solides avec les meilleurs clients.

Créer des rendez-vous individuels
Développer la vente croisée et augmenter la productivité
Proposer des services d'experts

**Connaissances**:
**Langues** : Parler Néerlandais, français et anglais
**Expert en beauté** avec des compétences avancées en maquillage

**Expérience**:
Vaste expérience dans le domaine commercial et/ou de la vente au détail
Des relations établies au sein du marché de la beauté et des cosmétiques sont un plus.
