Als Platform Success Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succes van ons onlangs gelanceerde advertentie inkoop-platform DPG Demand, waarmee klanten zelf toegang hebben tot alle Display en Video inventory van DPG Media en kunnen inkopen. Jij bent het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor alle klanten (agencies - digital agencies - adverteerders) die het platform gebruiken.

Als Platform Success Manager kom je te werken binnen het Digital Business Development team. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor de business development van alle digitale product proposities binnen DPG Media. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere teams binnen de afdeling Sales en Digital Development, zoals de digital sales specialisten, product developers, yield en ad-tech.

**Wat ga je juist doen ?**
- Je overtuigt onze klanten van het strategisch belang van DPG Demand en de meerwaarde die dit kan meebrengen voor hun organisatie.
- Je verzorgt een kwalitatieve onboarding en initieert op die manier trial en testing.
- Je begeleidt klanten proactief om zo de frequentie van hun gebruik en hun spendings te stimuleren.
- Je helpt hen het platform zo goed mogelijk te gebruiken zodat campagnes optimaal worden ingezet en je geeft hen waar nodig bruikbare feedback en tips om campagne strategieën te verbeteren.
- Daarnaast vertaal je hun feedback naar concrete interne actiepunten en opportuniteiten, en samen met je collega’s van platform development denk je na over hoe we het platform kunnen blijven verbeteren.

Kortom, als Customer Success Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het succes van DPG Demand
- Je hebt een Bachelor denk
- of werkniveau
- Je hebt mínimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een commerciele rol (bij voorkeur Digital, Programmatic of Advertising)
- Bij voorkeur heb je kennis van digital advertising en het medialandschap, met inbegrip van de belangrijkste technologieën, business modellen, ad producten en ontwikkelingen
- Je bent commercieel gedreven en hebt commerciële skills
- Je bent klant
- en servicegericht
- Je kan strategisch meedenken met je klanten en hen adviseren in ondermeer. campagne strategieen
- Je kunt klantbehoeften intern vertalen naar opportuniteiten
- je hebt uitstekende kennis van zowel de Engels als Nederlands taal
