**Description**:
A range of duties full of variety that can be broadly divided under:
**Business planning**:
You will share your knowledge and experience with the lawyers in preparing their business plan.
**Marketing & Communications**:
- You contribute to the preparation of legal guide and award submissions.
- You provide support in the preparation of quotes, presentations and other business development materials.
- You will have the opportunity to coordinate events or seminars for clients.
- You will create your own content for various communication channels (website, social media, etc.) and have a nose for the latest trends.
**Analysis & Reporting**:
- You record all our Marketing & Business Development initiatives and analyse and evaluate their added value.
- You take every opportunity to promote the use of our CRM system. You also actively use it yourself.
- You ensure that the information relating to accumulated experience and expertise is always up-to-date (CVs, website, credentials, etc.).
- You study our clients' challenges, conduct market research and benchmarks.
- You proactively generate various reports to provide the necessary data to the various practice groups.
**Budget management**:
You support the Marketing & BD Manager to manage the annual budget.
**Profile**
- You have built up theoretical baggage in a relevant Bachelor's degree and already have a first practical experience in a similar position.
- You are someone who can work independently, but at the same time is a real team player.
- Thanks to any previous (professional) experience, you know better than anyone how to set priorities and deliver results within the set deadlines.
- Your eye for detail helps you deliver high-quality results every time.
- You think out of the box and love innovation.
- Thanks to your flair for languages, you communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
