**De uitdagingen**:
- Green & Durable Group is binnen België en Nederland een voortrekker binnen de duurzame energiesector. Zowel met onze bedrijven in de groothandel in solar en storage systemen, als met onze verschillende installatiebedrijven van energiebesparende systemen, stuwen we onze klanten resoluut naar een duurzamere en groenere toekomst. We leggen de focus op innovatie en groei en willen daarbij een optimale service bieden aan onze klanten.
- Binnen Green and Durable Group installeren wij jaarlijks meer dan 20.000 pv-systemen in Nederland en België. De geconsolideerde omzet bedraagt momenteel +300 miljoen euro en het is onze ambitie om de komende jaren tot een pan-Europese speler uit te groeien met een omzet van 500 miljoen euro.
- Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
- Wat ga je doen?
- Als Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) speel je een cruciale rol in het stimuleren van de groei en het succes van G&D Group zowel voor de installatietak als voor de groothandel. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van commerciële strategieën om de omzet en de rendabiliteit te verhogen, marktaandeel te vergroten en nieuwe kansen te identificeren. Je ondersteunt de General Managers en werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen om synergieën te creëren en maximale waarde te leveren aan onze klanten.
- Een vooruitblik naar je verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van commerciële strategieën die aansluiten op de overkoepelende bedrijfsdoelstellingen;
- Sturen, inspireren en enthousiasmeren van de General Managers en hun commerciële teams;
- Identificeren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen en markten;
- KPI’s bepalen en opvolgen voor de verschillende vestigingen en implementeren van best practices;
- Monitoren van markttrends, concurrentie en klantgedrag om strategische inzichten te verkrijgen;
- Opstellen van budgetten, prognoses en rapportages over commerciële prestaties;
- Samenwerken met andere afdelingen, zoals marketing, aankoop en operations, om synergieën te creëren en innovatieve oplossingen te bieden;
- Rapporteren aan de CEO en bijdragen aan het nemen van strategische beslissingen
**Jouw profiel**:
- Bewezen ervaring in hoger leidinggevende commerciële functies;
- Opleiding: master-niveau;
- Diepgaand inzicht in de marktdynamiek;
- Uitstekende leiderschapsvaardigheden en vermogen om teams te inspireren en te leiden;
- Sterke analytische en strategische denkvaardigheden;
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Resultaatgericht en gedreven om doelen te bereiken.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
