We are looking for an **_Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) Framework_** **Patient impact maximization** **Lead** who is **passionate, strategic, and collaborative** to join us in our _Ethics & Business Integrity_ team, based in our **Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.**

**About the role**

As the _Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) Framework_ Patient impact maximization Lead, you will spearhead the design and implementation of internal standards across the Patient Impact Maximization team. You will ensure a robust compliance framework is in place, driving ethics and compliance culture throughout the organization. You will collaborate with key business partners to maximize patient impact while upholding the highest standards of ethical business conduct.

**Who you’ll work with**

You will work closely with the Ethics & Business Integrity Framework team, leading the _E&BI Frameworks with Patient Impact maximization (PIM). _Together, you'll shape healthcare compliance standards across UCB to foster an ethical, compliant work environment globally.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead the design and implementation of global healthcare compliance standards.
- Drive continuous assessments on the established standards effectiveness and ensure compliance to the highest industry standards.
- Partner with business units to close gaps in internal controls and ensure accountability.
- Promote a culture of transparency and integrity across the organization.
- Advise on change management plans (including training) to align business with compliance standards.

- Good communication, influencing, and leadership abilities.
