**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
We are looking for a talented (Junior) Sales Development Representative to help us expand our global market reach. You will:
- Assist the Account Managers with demo calls, crafting tailored proposals and closing deals
- Research solar companies based on specifc criteria for outreach.
- Identify the challenges they face on a daily basis, and how technology can dramatically improve their businesses.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Account Managers to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials, call strategies, and messaging
- Schedule demo meetings for Account Managers to further assess a prospects business and potential for working with Sitemark.
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated, driven, dynamic personality
- A continuous desire to learn/level up your skills and go to the next level
- Ability to understand and communicate a technical product to a business buyer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong desire for a career in sales. Previous sales experience is nice to have, but not a must.
- Bachelor degree
