**Department Info**:
The Interventional Systems division (TIS) provides high quality, cutting-edge solutions for cardiac and vascular surgery, and interventional procedures performed inside blood vessels. We pursue therapies that minimize physical burden on patients. We offer diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for Interventional Cardiology (IC), Peripheral Intervention (PI), and Interventional Oncology (IO).
**Job Summary**:
We welcome you to join us as a Sales Representative IO, where you'll serve as the face of our organization, establishing direct connections with our valued customers in the Northern regions of Germany.
Your role as a Sales Representative IO places you at the forefront of our mission to deliver high-quality products to our loyal customers while expanding our footprint in the market.
You'll become an integral part of a dedicated sales team, consisting of six members who share your passion, and you'll report to the Area Sales Manager Oncology, Daniel Katzorke.
**Responsibilities**:
In this pivotal role as part of our Interventional Oncology Team, you'll be the driving force behind understanding your customers and potential accounts. By building daily trust through your efforts, you'll cater to their needs with precision.
Your innovative approach, backed by in-depth market analysis, will result in the creation of action plans and the identification of key opinion leaders. Regular customer visits, coupled with follow-up actions, are integral to this position.
You'll follow the overarching sales and marketing strategy, introducing and promoting Terumo products within your designated geographical areas. Furthermore, you'll organize and conduct internal and external training sessions and workshops to showcase the proper handling of our products, ultimately contributing to patient well-being.
Creating strong relationships and a well-connected network will be at the core of your responsibilities. Representing the company at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs will serve as excellent opportunities for fostering growth.
In this collaborative role, you'll work closely with the sales manager, product and marketing management, and various internal departments to bolster Terumo's position in the highly competitive med-tech industry.
**Profile Description**:
You have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a Medical or Paramedical orientation. Previous operational experience within a similar role will also qualify.
Practical knowledge of sales techniques is a big plus.
Experience in Interventional Radiology, specifically Interventional Oncology, and a background in technical/device sales are highly desirable. Ideally, you already have a network of interventional radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, and oncologists.
Local market knowledge is a significant asset.
As a Sales Representative IO, you will be a charismatic influencer and an attentive listener, driven by a passion for persuasion.
You're not just a team player but can also work independently, effectively prioritizing your tasks while respecting confidentiality.
A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are non-negotiable. Proficiency in German and English is a must.
