**Department Info**:
The Interventional Systems division (TIS) provides high quality, cutting-edge solutions for cardiac and vascular surgery, and interventional procedures performed inside blood vessels. We pursue therapies that minimize physical burden on patients. We offer diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for Interventional Cardiology (IC), Peripheral Intervention (PI), and Interventional Oncology (IO).
**Job Summary**:
We welcome you to join us as a **Product Manager IS**,
You will be a part of a passionate team and you will report directly to and be guided by the Marketing Manager, Martin Jaschinski.
**Responsibilities**:
- Market and competition assessment
- Development and joint implementation of market and product strategies including the introduction of new products and monitoring of product launches
- Support of national and international clinical trials
- Further and new development of product concepts
- Cooperation and communication with international product management and local sales colleagues
- Sales-supporting customer visits with the local sales counters
- Creation of training concepts and implementation of training courses for sales and employees of other business areas
- Creation of promotional material for field service and information material for customers
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with the Key Opinion Leaders
- Planning and implementation of marketing measures
- Organization and participation in national and international events
- Creation of product forecasts for the department
- Analysis and preparation of sales figures for the products
- Handling and communication of product complaints
**Profile Description**:
- Medical or business education
- Sales and product experience in the field of interventional systems
- Initial experience in the field of marketing and product management
- Confident,communicative and open-minded demeanor
- Agility on the phone and in personal contact
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working and strong self-discipline
- Self-initiative and commitment
- Good time management and above-average work organization
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Office 365 is an advantage) and ideally affinity for social media
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
