A fast-paced, collaborative environment of **international airports** is where you work. For our key client **Coty** Inc. - the global powerhouse in fragrances - you will be responsible for the **Duty Free sales** at the airports Amsterdam, Brussels, Charleroi, Luxembourg and Vienna. This involves frequent travels to the respective „doors“. Administrative tasks you will solve out of your home-office workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Maximize the sale of Coty products by developing a highly skilled and motivated Fragrance & Beauty Advisor Team.**
- Set monthly sales objectives for each airport and individual targets, monitoring and correcting deviations from targets.
- **Analyse sales methods** and **support teams** to improve techniques; propose and execute incentive programs to boost sell-out.
- Oversee recruitment of permanent staff and manage agency relationships to recruit seasonal staff and promoters.
- **Coach Beauty Advisors** on store principles and sales techniques, organizing trainings with the regional training manager.
- Train Promoters and Retailer's staff on new product introductions and promotions.
- Ensure the perfect store execution by following head office guidelines for brand representation, availability, and maintenance of testers, POSM, and GWP items.
- **Coordinate the implementation of promotions**, provide feedback to the head office team, and monitor stock levels.
- Act as Coty Local Ambassador, developing supportive relationships with clients and influencing local management to optimize plans for the Coty portfolio.
- **Provide market analysis** through monthly sales reports, store visit summaries, TRIP reports, pricing and competing brands reports, and feedback on promotion sales performance and innovation.
- Analyse store spaces and recommend improvements to the Key Account Manager.

**Your Profile**:

- Background in **sales and customer relations.**:

- **Strong leadership and people management skills** to lead and motivate the Fragrance & Beauty Advisor Team in Travel Retail.
- Good **negotiation skills** to build strong relationships with retailers, agencies, and store teams.
- Good level of **Dutch and English** mandatory.
- Analytical abilities to review sales performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- **Attention to detail **to ensure perfect store execution.
- Adapt to new situations fast and secure.
- **Excellent communication skills **to facilitate effective interactions with various stakeholders.
- Organizational skills.
- Strategical and result-oriented thinking.
- Willingness to travel (>40 %).
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Ideally located in either Belgium or Netherlands.
