We zijn op zoek naar een Digital Marketing Specialist om zich bij ons HR Lead Generation team bij Verisure België aan te sluiten en ons te helpen onze HR-wervingscampagnes naar een hoger niveau te tillen
**Uw missie**:
Als onze Digital Marketing Specialist krijgt u de kans om onze campagnes op wervingsplatforms, sociale media, onze carrièrewebsite en andere kanalen te beheren en optimaliseren. U zult nauw samenwerken met onze sales recruiters en sales team om campagnes op Indeed en Stepstone en op sociale media platformen (Meta, TikTok en Snapchat) te creëren en uit te voeren. U zult uw analytische vaardigheden gebruiken om deze campagnes te monitoren en te optimaliseren voor maximale impact. Naast campagnebeheer zult u betrokken zijn bij het analyseren en optimaliseren van de prestaties van het sales recruitment team en zult u helpen onze HR sales recruitment strategie tot leven te brengen.
Dit is een dynamische functie die volop mogelijkheden biedt voor groei en creativiteit, en we zoeken iemand die graag wil leren en samenwerken met anderen.

- U spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans/Engels
- U heeft een bachelor met 3 jaar relevante ervaring in digitale marketing.
- U heeft een goede kennis van social media marketingplatforms.
- U voelt zich comfortabel met cijfers en kunt acties ondernemen op basis van uw analyse.
- U bent een creatieve denker die frisse ideeën kan voorleggen.
- U bent enthousiast en hebt een leergierige instelling en voelt zich prettig in een prestatiegerichte omgeving.
- Bekendheid met design is een pluspunt.
