Corporate Event Specialist

**Role**:
- As Corporate Event Specialist you are the **key partner** and **advisor** in centralizing, planning, organising, facilitating, and coordinating business events, both digitally and physically.
- As a multichannel event master, you are the **bridge** between event requestor and technical team, thinking **end-to-end** along with the customer and blending the customer’s needs with the operational team.
- With **customer experience** top of mind, you build events in such a way that participants feel **connected** and purposeful to drive the customer’s organisational performance.
- With **creativity** and touch of tech, you give each event a **unique** feeling closely linked to the requestor’s brand identity. As such, the session becomes a real **experience** for participants.
- Supporting **public speaking** skills, you are coaching and guiding people to become and feel comfortable onstage and in front of camera.
- You can **moderate**, **present** or **facilitate** sessions yourself fluently in 3 languages.
- You think of strategic **social media** campaigns to create awareness on the success of every session by copywriting social media posts (for LinkedIn for instance).
- Supporting presales, you make **assessments** in terms of workload and required infrastructure to bring every event to a success.
- All the way from pre-production to post-event initiatives, you build **trustful** relationship with the event requestor supporting his/her needs and requirements.

- You have good analytical skills and anticipate the impact of possible solutions to complex problems.
- You are optimistic, solution oriented, creative with an open mind.
- You are resistant to stress and can deal with ambiguity.
- You are customer oriented.
- You communicate easily and naturally; collaboration is second nature to you
- You demonstrate a great willingness to learn.
- You are technically savvy, and willing to learn.
- Fluency in Dutch (written and orally).
- Good knowledge of English and French (written and orally).
