**Over het bedrijf**:
- Onze klant is een evenementenbureau gespecialiseerd in de organisatie van congressen, vergaderingen en nationale en internationale evenementen (incentives, teambuilding, beurzen, enz.).
- Het bedrijf biedt alle diensten aan die verband houden met de organisatie van een vergadering, een conferentie of een nationaal of internationaal evenement.
- Het bedrijf telt 25 medewerkers, verspreid over Brussel en Luik. Het bureau wordt beschouwd als een nichespeler in de sector vanwege zijn op maat gesneden en creatieve aanpak. Dit is een echte toegevoegde waarde voor klanten.
- Samen werkt het team aan een "ervaring" en het oproepen van emoties bij hun klanten. Hun evenementen zijn gewoonweg prachtig. Ze stellen meeslepende ervaringen voor die verhalen vertellen.
- Tot de klanten die van deze expertise genieten behoren nationale en internationale ondernemingen in sectoren als de farmaceutische industrie, IT, diensten, productie en de automobielsector, alsmede overheden en non-profitorganisaties.

**Over de functie**:
Het bedrijf heeft besloten één nieuwe positie te creëren om de werkdruk aan te kunnen die de laatste maanden om verschillende redenen is toegenomen (fusie en post-covid overname).
Voor deze functie werk je nauw samen met een Account Manager en 2 junior Project Managers aan verschillende projecten zoals:
De organisatie van bijeenkomsten voor klanten in de farmaceutische of verzekeringssector.
Voor deze klanten organiseer je hun bijeenkomsten in het buitenland voor bijvoorbeeld de lancering van een nieuw medicijn.
Je organiseert dan de twee dagen waarop de artsen worden uitgenodigd, d.w.z. je boekt de hotels, restaurants en vergaderzalen in het buitenland. ( Corporate Travel Management)
Je organiseert thema-avonden of activiteiten waarvoor je creatief bent.
Je dient innovatieve ideeën in en coördineert vervolgens de organisatie van het evenement met een hoog serviceniveau.
- Daarnaast beheer je projecten met speciale aandacht voor kwaliteit, flexibiliteit, creativiteit, integriteit, klantvriendelijkheid en discretie.
- Je neemt de leiding in de logistieke en technische organisatie.
- Je zorgt voor projectstrategie en -controle, budgetbeheer en financiële opvolging van je projecten.
- Je adviseert je klanten met een creatief project/programma met behulp van nieuwe concepten en ideeën.
- Je plant en voert nationale en internationale scouting & inspectiereizen uit.
**Wie ben jij?**
- Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring in de organisatie van evenementen, en dit idealieter in een Evenementenbureau.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Engels.
- Excel en PowerPoint hebben geen geheimen voor jou.
- Je bent klantgericht en creatief ingesteld.
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk, flexibel en proactief.
- Je bent een teamplayer en een sterke communicator.
- Je bent bereid om 3 dagen per week in Brussel te werken (Centrum Brussel en Schaarbeek)
- Je bent bereid te reizen.
