**Als Automation Specialist**ga je namelijk aan de slag met **technologie**, met **Hubspot** als voornaamste tool, om klanten te helpen hun **digitale doelstellingen** te bereiken en **zoveel mogelijk ROI** uit hun marketing automation te halen. Daarnaast zorg jij dat hun salesproces efficiënter kan verlopen door middel van pipeline management en worden service ticketjes sneller opgevolgd gebruikmakend van **flows en automatisaties**.

**Data is je beste vriend.** Die gebruik je met plezier om je set-up te verbeteren en een grotere impact te maken voor je klanten en de klanten van je klanten. Je schrikt er ook niet voor terug om met de juiste tools de impact van je inspanningen te meten en daarover te rapporteren aan de klant.
- Omringd door je toffe team van experts krijg je bij iO alle ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en kan je verdiepen in state-of-the-art marketing software. Verder krijg je de kans om voortdurend bij te leren en je eigen opleidingstraject samen te stellen.

- Je hebt **+3 jaar ervaring** in een gelijkaardige functie - idealiter binnen een agency
- Je bent gebeten door alles wat te maken heeft met **digitale technologieën en tools**:

- Je kan ondertussen goed werken met **Hubspot**:

- Ervaring met andere **automation platformen** is een sterke plus
- Je bent **stressbestendig** en schrikt - niet terug van wat (constructieve) feedback
- Je voert projecten uit met een sterk **oog voor detail**:

- Je switcht makkelijk tussen **zelfstandig en in team werken**:

- Je bent een **bruggenbouwer**naar jouw andere collega’s bij marketing, IT, en andere stakeholders
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de **Nederlandse als de Engelse taal**(gesproken en geschreven)
