Bobst company, is working on the development and production of state-of-the-art digital printing machines for the label industry. Bobst is a global player in the printing market and in order to support our fast-growing company, we are looking for a professional and highly motivated Product Support Specialist in Benelux.
**Position summary**
The Product Support Specialist is an expert on Bobst Digital Printing and Inkjet Technologies. This role provides advanced technical support to customers and our internal Field Service Engineers providing the right information on how to solve customers' requests. The Product Support Specialist works closely with his/her supervisor, colleagues, and internal customers such as R&D, Product Owners and Operations to ensure a constant and accurate exchange of technical information. The ultimate goal is to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met, based on internal service objectives. The Product Support Specialist is a key member of the Customer Support Team to enable close loop feedback on issues. The Product Support Specialist is also writing documentation, releasing technical notes and providing training internally and externally. The ability to follow-up on all activities and projects with all internal and external customers is a key expectation of this role.
**Your responsibilities**
- Act as an escalation point for Field Service Technicians (Level 2)
- Escalation of issues which can’t be fixed at Level 3 to R&D
- Ensure closing Knowledge gaps to Field Service Engineer (Level 2)
- Prioritize escalations/solution to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Support implementation of technical changes to existing machine
- Contribute to knowledge database of known product issues to facilitate sharing of information with other support personnel to aid in future problem solving
- Identify, escalate issues and participate in the development of field communications to be released to customer/service
- Processes and Install base optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Create and ensure execution on trainings, documentation and technical notes
