Tasks and responsibilities

Customer Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs and requests - Respond to the customers’ queries in a timely manner - Work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers

Business development
- Generate new business in line with strategy of the company by using existing and potential customer networks
- Support the Marketing Team in external communication
- Participate to external events

Sales administration
- Take care of good registration and encoding within CRM
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company strategy and objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Security
- Knowledge of company information security policies, privacy rules and procedures
- Ability to identify and report suspicious behavior or phishing or social engineering attempts
- Knowledge of security practices for managing sensitive and personal information
