Autohero is een innovatief online b2c retailplatform voor geïnspecteerde, hoge kwaliteit occasions tegen de beste prijs. Hier verschaffen wij toegang tot een breed en dagelijks wisselend assortiment, en bieden wij particuliere klanten de mogelijkheid om volledig online hun aankoop te doen.
Onze refurbishment-afdeling staat in voor de vakkundige inspectie en voorbereiding van al onze voertuigen die bestemd zijn voor de klant, zodat deze auto’s perfect bij onze klanten worden afgeleverd.
Als onze Head of Home Delivery werk je vanuit onze productie site in Ghislenghien en heb je nauw contact met de quality managers, logistiek departement en bezorgers. Samen werk je aan de unieke thuisbezorg ervaring voor onze particuliere klanten.
**Wat je bij ons gaat doen**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle logistieke zaken die te maken hebben met bezorging van de auto's
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van 10-20 medewerkers werkzaam
- Je zorgt voor een goede onboarding en trainingsprogramma voor onze bezorgers en logistieke collega's
- Je analyseert data en bekijkt of huidige processen verder geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden, je maakt nieuwe voorstellen en bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor implementatie
- Je monitort KPI's en maakt rapportages en zorgt ervoor dat gestelde doelstellingen worden behaald
**Wie wij zoeken**
- Je hebt mínimaal een bachelor opleiding
- Je hebt een eerste werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol en bij voorkeur in een snelgroeiende omgeving
- Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen en bouwen van teams
- Je bent datagedreven en zeer analytisch
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en beschikt over een goede kennis Frans
