In jouw functie als Spare Parts Advisor zal je:
- het opmaken van offertes voor onze klanten voor de benodigde wisselstukken en/of te realiseren werkzaamheden. De focus hierbij zal liggen op traktiebatterijen, laders, laadzalen en customer fleet management software.
- het ontvangen en verwerken van interne en externe vragen in verband met wisselstukken zodat klanten en techniekers steeds hun wisselstukken en/of inlichtingen krijgen in de kortst mogelijke periode;
- het opvragen van offerten bij leveranciers zodat achteraf een correcte bestelling opgemaakt kan worden, dat klanten en techniekers verzekerd zijn van een korte levertermijn voor hun bestellingen en dat een vlotte facturatie klant/leverancier gegarandeerd is;
- het professioneel afhandelen van klachten van klanten;
- het fungeren als back-up van je collega’s binnen de dienst Wisselstukken.
**Profiel**
Herken je jezelf in volgend profiel?
- een technisch georiënteerd bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- een absolute teamplayer;
- zelfstandig en proactief ingesteld;
- oplossingsgericht en analytisch;
- communicatief en assertief;
- kennis van ERP- en CRM-software is een plus;
- administratief vaardig, Excel en cijfers schrikken je zeker niet af;
- als een vis in het water in een technische omgeving;
- flexibel, je past je gemakkelijk aan in een omgeving van constante verandering;
- vlot tweetalig (Nederlands en Frans). Kennis van Engels en/of Duits is een troef.
