**FREELANCE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SPECIALIST**
**Project: Voltijds, start ASAP voor 6 maanden, **regio Gent/remote**
**ROUCOUCOU** zoekt voor haar klant actief in de voedingssector, een **FREELANCE COMP & BEN SPECIALIST**
**Opdracht**:
- Jij bent een ervaren expert op vlak van employee benefits
- Je bent mee het aanspreekpunt voor allerhande vragen op vlak van Comp & Ben binnen onze klant zijn organisatie
- Je werkt mee aan Comp & Ben projecten van analyse tot communicatie, in overleg met internationale collega’s.
- Je werkt mee aan de implementatie van nieuwe benefits en aanpassing van bestaande benefits
- Je volgt gerelateerde wetgeving op en houdt nieuwe tendensen op het vlak van benefits nauwgezet bij
- Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers weten welke voordelen het bedrijf aanbiedt d.m.v. het overzicht over alle Comp & Ben topics te behouden.
- Je herziet en verbetert processen en houdt de bijhorende documenten up-to-date.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt minimum een paar jaar ervaring met compensation en benefits
- Je hebt een goede kennis van compensation en benefits, kennis van benefits in Luxemburg is een plus
- Bachelor of Master diploma
- Je hebt een heel goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent oplossingsgericht, communicatief, neemt initiatief, proactief, hands-on, teamplayer
