**Your Mission**

Lead a team of product managers, develop visions and sustainable strategies to strengthen Sodexo’s position on the market in alignment with company management and with Global teams. Leads the end-to-end product strategy and execution (Design, Roadmap, Features Definition, Overall coordination) in line with the needs of the 3 stakeholders: employee/client/merchant

**Your Responsabilities**- Lead the strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio- Define a multi-product vision, strategy and roadmap (3-year outlook), drive consensus around it with key stakeholders internally (Sales, IT, CX, Merchant, PMO) and with company management- Manage the relationship with Global product heads to defend local approach & needs, feed the global roadmap and cross-fertilize ideas- Build innovation roadmap to drive product differentiation and optimize value creation- Define product pricing strategy with finance, and support from product managers to optimize value capturing- Work closely with Digital Assets team on product roadmap strategy and execution- Define and execute partnerships strategy to complement and enrich value proposition- Build market expertise to guide the product strategy and roadmap - market and technology trends watch, competitive intelligence, competitive pricing analysis, product & market research, market analyses, data analysis- Build expertise on legal and regulatory frameworks to guide product strategy & roadmap and support internal teams' lobbying efforts- Inform and guide the product marketing strategy- Define and monitor objectives of the product team with relevant KPIs supporting the company OKR’s- Lead the product management team and develop competencies needed- Implement workflows and processes for effective collaboration within product and cross departmental- Create an environment that allows product managers to do their best work and facilitate decision-making- Remove impediments the team members face and act as an escalation partner for problems

**Profil**:
**Your Profile**- At least 5 years of experience as a Head of Product Management- Proven track record in product planning, defining and launching successful products- Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology- Be able to evolve in a matric environment - leadership experience in an international environment is an asset- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives- Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills- Leadership attitude, ability to mobilize teams around a vision and drive execution of initiatives, ability to manage virtual teams- People management and development skills, at least 5 years experience as people manager- Very good communication skills in the French, Dutch and English
