**Votre fonction**:Vous êtes le visage de l'approvisionnement auprès de l'équipe de gestion commerciale du ou des pays, en veillant à ce qu'elle connaisse et soutienne activement les politiques, processus et outils d'approvisionnement dans le ou les pays et en s'assurant que l'approvisionnement indirect est pleinement conscient des défis, des opportunités et des priorités du ou des pays.
Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les chefs d'entreprise dans le(s) pays pour vous assurer que les exigences commerciales du(des) pays sont clairement comprises, vous les mettez au défi de manière appropriée et vous les prenez en compte dans les stratégies de catégorie et de sous-catégorie (gestion de la demande).
En développant et en entretenant des relations de travail étroites avec les différents chefs d'entreprise dans le(s) pays, vous vous assurez que les achats indirects permettent de réaliser des économies appropriées sur le compte de résultat de manière cohérente et durable.
Vous fournissez des solutions d'achat sur mesure pour l'entreprise lorsque les besoins de l'entreprise ne peuvent être satisfaits par une stratégie de catégorie/sous-catégorie ou par le canal d'achat existant.
Vous agissez en tant qu'ambassadeur des achats et du Global Sourcing et vous êtes le champion du pays pour toutes les politiques, processus et outils d'achat.

Vous avez des connaissances approfondies des politiques, procédures et processus d'achat internes.
Vous connaissez le processus CAPEX.
Vous avez une compréhension interculturelle.
Vous avez la capacité à diriger la mise en œuvre de stratégies et de processus.
Vous savez communiquer **en anglais et en français à l'oral et à l'écrit**
Vous avez une expérience de la gestion des relations internes ou externes au niveau de l'encadrement intermédiaire ou de la direction.
Vous voyagez 3 - 4 fois par an pour aller voir votre N+1 à l'étranger.
