For our HQ in Antwerp we are looking for a dynamic and all-round HR Specialist.
**Job description**:
- Payroll management for all our Belgian employees across various locations
- Administrative management of both social documents and extralegal benefits (insurances, meal vouchers, etc.)
- Point of contact for specific inquiries regarding social legislation and applicable collective bargaining agreements (CBAs)
- Addressing queries related to payroll administration and employment of Belgian personnel
- Updating HR statistics concerning absences, turnover
- Performance of personnel administration tasks
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs an develop comprehensive recruitment plans
- Extend job offers and contract drafting
- Reporting to the HR Manager Belgium and joining a highly dynamic and enthusiastic team
**Profile**:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing HR administration (payroll) independently
- You are proficient in HR software, preferably SD Worx
- You are familiar with the Belgian social legislation law
- You enjoy working in a team and are always willing to help out
- You can work independently and are flexible and resilient to stress
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English and have a basic knowledge of French
